This policy explains what information Kearny Street Management (“Kearny Street,” “we,” “us”) collects through kearnystreet.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email dsmith@ksmnetwork.com or call 770.329.9823.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, work email, organization, line of business, your message, and the page you sent it from.
- Network Readiness Check. Your answers stay in your browser. If you choose to send your results, we receive them along with your name, work email, and organization.
- Document uploads.When you use “Send a Signed Contract,” your name, email, organization, an optional note, and the PDF you upload.
- Client portal. If you have a portal account, your name, email, organization, the contracts shared with you, and a record of actions such as viewing, signing, and uploading.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time) to keep the site running and secure.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and a few actions, such as finishing the readiness check or printing a one-pager. It does not use cookies and does not identify you, and it is switched off for the client portal and upload pages. We do not use advertising trackers. The only cookies we set are the ones needed to keep you signed in to the client portal.
Please don't send patient information
This site is not designed to receive protected health information about patients. Please don't include patient information in the contact form or in documents you upload.
How we use it
- To reply to you and discuss a possible engagement.
- To deliver our services, including exchanging and tracking contracts.
- To send contract reminders and follow-ups you would expect from us.
- To keep the site and portal secure and working.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the portal. They process information only on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts the website and provides the cookie-free analytics described above.
- Supabase, which provides our database, file storage, and portal sign-in.
- Our customer-relationship and email tools, which send contract reminders and follow-ups.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our team, or others.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage that only our team can access, and in the portal each client can see only its own documents, a rule enforced by the database itself. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any engagement and the records it requires, and then delete it or keep it only where the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing dsmith@ksmnetwork.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are required to keep.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
