About Kearny Street
The team behind your network.
Kearny Street Management has helped health plans and provider organizations build and fix provider networks since 2002. You work directly with senior people who have done this job for plans and for providers.
Kearny Street is a team that has stood up, fixed, and run provider networks. Our people have led inside health plans, provider organizations, IPAs, and risk-bearing entities, which means we understand what each party truly needs from a network relationship.
That range shapes how the work gets done. Many stalled contracts look like rate disputes but come down to a relationship, a missing piece of information, or the wrong order of asks. Because our people have worked for plans and for providers, we can usually tell what is really holding a deal up, and what will move it.
The breadth runs from executive-level healthcare consulting to network strategy, provider contracting and negotiation, contract review, credentialing and compliance, and day-to-day network operations, and we bring in additional experienced professionals when an engagement needs them. The goal is always the same: a network that meets adequacy standards and a team that can run it without us.

One engagement, start to finish.
Most consultancies hand off between strategy, contracting, and operations. Kearny Street runs all of it, from diagnostic through go-live and the move to your own team, so the work doesn't get lost between firms.
Read the case studyThe breadth of the team
A full bench, from the boardroom to the build.
Kearny Street is a team of healthcare operators, not a roster of generalists. The experience spans the full arc of a network: the strategy above it and the execution beneath it.

Executive healthcare consulting
Senior operators who have led inside health plans, provider organizations, and risk-bearing entities, and who are comfortable at the executive table from day one.
Network strategy & adequacy
Footprint design and CMS and state adequacy modeling that plans for the next regulatory review as well as this one.
Contracting & negotiation
Outreach, fee-schedule strategy, and signed agreements at scale, plus the payer and provider negotiations that move stuck deals.
Contract review & risk
Careful review of provider agreements, amendments, and value-based and capitated terms, so nothing surprises you at renewal.
Credentialing & compliance
NCQA-compliant credentialing, CAQH, primary source verification, and delegated-credentialing readiness, on its own or inside a build.
Network operations
Provider data, directory accuracy, and a weekly review, set up so your team can run the network on its own.
Our mission
“To provide great service to our clients by listening to each opportunity and providing simple solutions to assure proper execution and positive outcomes.”
Three habits since 2002.
The plan changes with every client. These don't.
Listen first.
Every engagement starts with the client's words, not our framework. The plan comes out of the listening. It doesn't go the other way.
Map the plan.
A real plan, with an owner and a date on every step, not a deck. The map is what the work runs from for the duration of the engagement.
Execute it.
We engage the right additional professionals when needed, run the weekly review, and stay accountable to the dates we put in writing.
