Provider networks, built to hold

Your network is a promise to members.
We make sure you can keep it.

Health plans, IPAs, and risk-bearing organizations bring us in when a provider network has to get built, fixed, or made adequate, usually on a regulatory clock with no room to miss.

The problem you know too well

The strategy deck is the easy part. Real builds stall in the middle: contracting hits a wall, credentialing runs long, provider data drifts, and the directory stops matching reality. Meanwhile the filing window doesn’t move.

You feel it as a quiet dread: too many moving parts, no single owner, and a deadline that decides whether you enter a market this year or next.

What’s at stake

A missed adequacy standard can slip a market by a full year. A thin directory becomes an access complaint. A stalled build becomes a board conversation about credibility.

Networks aren’t a slide deck. They’re signed contracts and verified providers, delivered on time or not at all.

The solution: one firm owns it all

You don’t need five vendors and a project manager to coordinate them. You need one team that owns the network from strategy through go-live, then turns it over to your staff. That’s the whole of what we do. Two decades doing exactly this, on the payer and the provider sides, so we can see the deal from both chairs.

What we do

Four capabilities, one accountable team.

Most network problems live between functions. We hold all four, so nothing falls through the handoffs.

Network Strategy & Adequacy

We model where members live against CMS and state time-and-distance standards, find the gaps before regulators do, and target the specific providers that close them. You pass adequacy on the first submission, not the third.

Provider Contracting

Outreach, rate conversations, redlines, and signatures. We move agreements from 'interested' to executed, with clean, defensible language and a rate posture that holds up when the market gets competitive.

Credentialing & Compliance

Primary-source verification, CAQH hygiene, and committee-ready files that keep the go-live date from slipping. Available with a build, or as a standalone service when credentialing is your only bottleneck.

Network Operations

Directory accuracy, provider-data operations, and a weekly review that keeps the network adequate after launch. Then we document it all so your team runs it without us.

Credentialing without the full build. Already have the contracts but drowning in verification? We run credentialing as a standalone engagement: the same committee-ready rigor, scoped to just the bottleneck.

How we work

A simple plan you can track.

We listen to the opportunity, map a plan, and execute it, with owners, dates, and a weekly cadence you can see.

1
Diagnose

Before anyone signs a long engagement, a two-week read of your network, your gaps, and the honest path to adequacy.

2
Build

Contracting and credentialing executed in parallel against a live tracker, so a stall gets caught the same week.

3
Operate & hand back

Go-live, written procedures, and a clean transfer so your team runs the network confidently.

Proof, briefly

An independent orthopedic ASC was ready to do total joints, but its payer contracts made every case a loss. We built the cost model, added an implant purchasing partner, and negotiated a national payer agreement. Projected result: $2,500 to $3,500 more margin per case.

What winning looks like
  • On-time market launches, no last-minute scramble
  • Adequacy met at first submission
  • Clean contracts and audit-ready credentialing files
  • A network your team can run without us
